    健康之路

    工作10个年头多了,工作后太少去锻炼身体,也许应该说是极少吧,原因很简单,找借口。锻炼身体从今天开始。
    健康之路:
         上班走路:30分钟
         下班走路:30分钟
    刚好用上原来的威戈双肩包,让背部也锻炼一下,应该对长期已来的背痛有好处吧。一举多得。
