    坚持晨跑几周的变化

    坚持晨跑几周以来,感觉变化很大.

    睡眠:一般我在11-12点去睡,有时更迟,现在很容易进入深睡眠状态,虽然只睡6个小时,但,有质量.

    工作效率:现在比较容易集中精神,工作效率有提高.

    当然,现在不是18岁那个年代,身体不如从前,只能小跑.
